Historia

uchwalono ustawę republikańską nr 3409 ; stworzyło Narodową Szkołę Sztuki i Rzemiosła Southern Samar. Dwadzieścia jeden lat później Batas Pambansa Blg. 147 stał się prawem, które zmieniło nazwę Southern Samar na Felipe Abrigo National Memorial School of Arts and Trades. 18 maja 1992 r. Southern Samar National School of Arts and Trades stała się uczelnią i została przemianowana na Southern Samar National School of Arts and Trades.
