Margot Austin (18 września 1907 - 25 czerwca 1990) była amerykańską ilustratorką książek dla dzieci. Urodziła się w Portland w stanie Oregon i uczęszczała do National Academy of Design w Nowym Jorku . Ilustrowała wiele książek dla dzieci i współtworzyła czasopisma, w tym Jack and Jill Magazine . Wśród jej wielu książek była seria o małych zwierzętach w kościele Parson Pease-Porridge, poczynając od publikacji Petera Churchmouse EP Duttona z 1941 roku .
