Stilbella to rodzaj grzybów z rodziny Bionectriaceae (rząd Hypocreales ) . Monografia z 1985 roku obejmuje 19 gatunków. Nowsze szacunki umieszczają w rodzaju około 60 gatunków. Gatunek typowy Stilbella fimetaria (Pers.) Lindau 1905 (syn. Stilbella erythrocephala (Ditmar) Lindau 1900 ) ma rozmieszczenie kosmopolityczne i rośnie na łajnie roślinożerców. Ma różowe lub pomarańczowe śluzowate konidia na białych synnematach z fialidowymi komórkami konidiogennymi . Od tego czasu kilka gatunków zostało przeklasyfikowanych do innych rodzajów na podstawie filogenezy DNA lub odkrycia stanów płciowych, takich jak Atractium , Stilbocrea i Trichoderma .
