Historia

Okręg Château-Thierry został utworzony w 1800 r., Rozwiązany w 1926 r. I przywrócony w 1942 r. Podczas reorganizacji okręgów Aisne w styczniu 2017 r. Stracił 10 gmin na rzecz okręgu Soissons .

W wyniku reorganizacji kantonów Francji , która weszła w życie w 2015 roku, granice kantonów nie są już powiązane z granicami okręgów. Kantony okręgu Château-Thierry to od stycznia 2015 r.:
