Johann Georg Ebeling (8 lipca 1637 - 4 grudnia 1676) był niemieckim kompozytorem urodzonym w Lüneburgu , zmarłym w Szczecinie . Ebeling znany jest jako redaktor i kompozytor hymnów Paula Gerhardta . Wydał w 1667 roku 120 pieśni Gerhardta, do wielu dodając nowe melodie, pisząc pierwszą melodię do 26 z nich, w tym „ Die güldne Sonne voll Freud und Wonne ” i „ Du meine Seele singe ”. Zachowało się kilka jego kantat .
