Ten artykuł zawiera listę enzymów restrykcyjnych, których nazwy zaczynają się na literę A i mają jasno określone miejsce cięcia.
Dla każdego enzymu podano następujące informacje:
- Nazwa enzymu restrykcyjnego : Przyjęta nazwa cząsteczki , zgodnie z międzynarodowo przyjętą nomenklaturą i odniesieniami bibliograficznymi . Uwaga: Podczas układania alfabetycznego enzymy są najpierw uporządkowane alfabetycznie według akronimów (wszystko przed cyfrą rzymską); wówczas enzymy danego akronimu są uporządkowane alfabetycznie według cyfry rzymskiej, traktując cyfrę jako liczbę, a nie ciąg liter. Pomaga to zachować hierarchiczną kolejność wpisów, a także alfabetyczną. (Dalsza lektura: patrz rozdział „ Nomenklatura ” w artykule „ Enzym restrykcyjny ”.)
- Kod PDB : Kod używany do identyfikacji struktury białka w bazie danych struktur białkowych PDB . Trójwymiarowa struktura atomowa białka dostarcza bardzo cennych informacji pozwalających zrozumieć intymne szczegóły mechanizmu jego działania.
- Numer REBASE : Numer używany do identyfikacji enzymów restrykcyjnych w bazie danych enzymów restrykcyjnych REBASE . Ta baza danych zawiera ważne informacje o enzymie, takie jak sekwencja rozpoznawania , źródło i izoschizomery , a także inne dane, takie jak komercyjni dostawcy enzymu.
- Źródło : Organizm, który naturalnie wytwarza enzym.
- Rozpoznawana sekwencja : Sekwencja DNA rozpoznawana przez enzym iz którą specyficznie się wiąże.
- Cięcie : Wyświetla miejsce cięcia i wzór oraz produkty cięcia. Sekwencja rozpoznawania i miejsce cięcia zwykle pasują do siebie, ale czasami miejsce cięcia może być oddalone od miejsca rozpoznawania o dziesiątki nukleotydów.
- Izoschizomery i neoschizomery : Izoschizomer to enzym restrykcyjny , który rozpoznaje tę samą sekwencję co inny. Neoschizomer to specjalny rodzaj izoschizomeru, który rozpoznaje tę samą sekwencję co inny, ale tnie w inny sposób . Maksymalna liczba 8–10 najczęstszych izoschizomerów jest wskazana dla każdego enzymu, ale może być ich znacznie więcej. Neoschizomery są pokazane pogrubioną i zieloną czcionką (np.: BamHI ). Gdy wskazano „Brak na dzień [data]”, oznacza to, że w bazach danych nie było zarejestrowanych izoschizomerów w tym dniu z jasno określonym miejscem cięcia . Izoschizomery zaznaczone białą czcionką i szarym tłem odpowiadają enzymom niewymienionym na aktualnych listach, jak w tym niewymienionym enzymie: Abc123I
